Private Rentals

The Society Of Bastet play space is available for private rentals to our members.

Note that all bookings are kept strictly confidential, but we will of course help promote any public/party type events, if you so desire.

Please consult the space rental agreement for details.

Please contact us directly if you have an alternate idea or payment suggestion for using our space.

By the hour

$15/hr

For private use by small groups of people (no more then 5 planned to be in attendance). The first hour of rental includes one hour free (generally used for setup and cleanup).

By the night/evening

Friday nights (subject to availability): $250
Other evenings: $100

Rental by the evening would be suitable for a larger function, private party, or similar type event.

"Events" with expected attendance of 6 or more people require the renter to have a trained Dungeon Monitor, currently approved by Bastet. This may be waived for events obviously not requiring a DM.

Partnered events

Members have the option of, rather then renting for their own private party, in sponsoring a regularly scheduled event; decorating for a special theme; subdizing cover for select individuals; other similar use.

Community use

$2/person

For events run by and for the membership, but not necessarily in line with the core mission of Bastet. On a best-effort, space-available basis, any 5 members may use the space for purposes secondary to our mission.

How To Book

To book the space, simply drop an email to info@societyofbastet.com. You can check on the availability of the space by looking at either the "space" calendar here, or for the geeks, you can subscribe to the ical feed. While we make every effort to keep the online calendars up to date, and to be able to open the space at any time, do not assume that the calendar showing space being available means that you can squeeze in with short notice. Please provide as much notice as possible so we can co-ordinate opening the space.
