Introduction

The Society of Bastet has as a core component of its mission, a desire to educate interested people in what it is that we do (WIITWD). Ideally, depending on attendance numbers, we are planing on hosting one session a month from each subject on a regularly scheduled basis. Safety will be key elements of every session, as will be the emphasis on sane and consensual play. With details changing on an month by month basis, major topics that we cover include:

This subject will cover the basics as well as the mind games of Kink.  Topics will likely include; Introduction to BDSM, BDSM Relationships, Humiliation Play, Scene Negotiation, Ethics, How to be a Superior Dom/me, Role Playing, and other subjects that generally fall under the topics of mind play. This also would include kinky toy making in this subject.
 

Sensation Play

This subject will cover the things that make you go "Ouch, Oooch and Ooooh".  Topics will include fire play, wax play, flogging techniques, spanking, needles, cell popping, gentle sensation play, violet wands, and other sensation based activities.
 

Ropes and Restraints

Exploring the basics of erotic bondage with rope work, explore shibari, the basics of rope suspension, restraints, wrap bondage, vac-bed restraint, and predicament play. Single column ties, two column ties, rope harasses, suspension play, leather collars and cuffs.
